Atlanta based Brightree has made an announcement that they have acquired CareAnyware that will offer them the opportunity to grow in the business. The company said that they have been looking for various firms that can offer them the chance to expand their business profile. Brightree said that Atlanta market is growing and therefore they believe that they need to look out for opportunities that can allow them to reach more consumers. CareAnyware offers home health and hospice software for various companies in the same segment and therefore it will help them to improve their business profile.

Brightree also said that they will not eliminate any of the workers of CareAnyware and therefore they will join the current team of their company. CareAnyware has more than 500 employees and serves more than 3000 companies in the nation. Brightree also said that the company goals of both the firms are very much on the same lines and therefore it will help them to achieve it together. With the merger of both the firms the company will have more than 3000 customers that will allow them to improve their profit and revenue in the future. Brightree believes that together the company will be in a position to serve more than 20 million patients across the nation through the products.
