I hired this law firm 6 months ago and I was able to receive very close to what I anticipated by my lawyer. I received copies of all my paperwork and I had my phone calls returned promptly when I called. I felt like I was a human being and that they really cared about my foreclosure case. I would like to add a comment to the previous review author. I asked for my documents and received copies. I can't imagine you not receiving yours if you asked. I paid a reasonable legal fee and was happy with the outcome. It may have taken them longer than I expected but I wasn't asked to pay any additional money. I HIGHLY recommend this law firm!

Signed a agreement with this firm to work out a modification with my mortgage company. They failed, no modification and not even move out agreement. After they closed the case, they refused to provide me copy of my case files. Said file was proprietory and contained trade secrets. Of course this means I can't verify if they actually did anything for the money I paid or if mortgage company provided required/requested documentation. Big mistake using this firm!

I was in a situation with my house and my lender would not work with me to resolve my problems. I hired this law firm to represent me and it was the best decision I made. I worked with many people in the Florida and Georgia offices. These people are very helpful and always told me what I needed to hear instead of lying to me with what I wanted to hear. I really appreciated being treated like I was important. They also settled outside of court so I didn't have to appear for anything. Thank you so much to everyone like Jeff Freeman, Dan Dickson, Robert Mendoza and many others!!!!

I just got my foreclosure case dropped against me by using this law firm. Attorneys were great and I got wonderful new terms of the mortgage which I can afford after losing money in this economy. Very professional and I was treated with respect by everyone who assisted me. Highly recommend using them!!!

I hired this law firm in November of 2010 when I was served a foreclosure notice by the court from my lender's office. After a couple of months they got everything finished and settled outside of court with my bank's attorneys and my new loan agreement was giving to me yesterday. I am so happy with everyone and their staff. People like Dan Dickson, Pete Pratts, Rob Mendoza, and my other attorney Jeff Freeman. I have always been more than cautious about foreclosure services but this law firm did a wonderful job for me and I am keeping my home. I hope this feedback helps anyone out there that might be thinking about hiring a lawyer. You should do it and I would say to use these people.

Got a lawyer named Jeff Freeman and Dan Dickson at secure law center. Friendly people... all the lawers and paralegal staff. Robert and Peter were so helpful. This law firm is the real deal!!! I was treated like a person with needs and some some loan number like my lender treated me. They got the job done and were very honest. I was told that it could be a 1 to 3 month process and it was more like 3 months but hey, I got my house back and payments less than $600 bucks a month. Can't complain. :-) Call them up if you have problems.

Thanks guys for all you did in settling my foreclosure case against me. The wife and I can now stay in Augusta and not worry about moving. We are very happy with the loan that was modified outside of court. I highly recommend this law firm. Harold Russell
